Great service. Diagnosed problem quickly, sent me pictures of bad parts and gave me a satisfactory price to repair. Had repairs done that day to my satisfaction. Great little repair shop. I highly recommend it.

I have been taking my cars to Paul going way back to his previous location deep in the twentieth century. I've stayed with him ever since. Saying Rational is highly recommended is an understatement!

I have been to Rational Auto more than 10 visits this year with three different automobiles. I have always been happy with the service. They are truly experts in the business and they do not do unnecessary repairs or try to upsell items you did not come in to get fixed. You will not find better more honest people to care for your car.
