I recently took my car to Paul at Rational Auto Repair for an oil change, and the experience was excellent. The staff is always professional, friendly, and efficient. They got me in and out quickly without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and the pricing was fair.

My car broke down while visiting Austin and Paul was recommended by a friend! While my vehicle was not salvageable, he was very up front about his reasoning and gave me multiple quotes for multiple situations. He was also understanding of me leaving my car there while I figured out my next steps. I also want to note that as a woman who has bad experiences at auto shops, I would send any of my girlfriends here without worry. I was treated respectfully and never got the sense anyone was trying to pull one over on me. Can't recommend Paul and his team enough!
