I’ve searched high and low for a good auto repair shop... have gone to many places with 5-star reviews...Rational Auto Repair was the only one who got to the root of my chronic issues with my 2007 Honda Fit. They are honest, thorough, fast, and responsive. I don’t give this kind of review easily, but this place definitely deserves it.

If you’re clueless about cars and looking for a mechanic you can trust? Well look no further! If I could give 1 million stars I would! I have gone to a few mechanics in Austin and it seems every time I took my vehicle to get fixed there was always another issue that evolved right after. That has not happened to me at Rational Automotive! Communication is easy, staff is knowledgeable and friendly! Would highly recommend.

I’ve been dropping off cars here since I was in college. Paul is super low-key and friendly! He always lets me know what work is most urgent or what I can wait on. I make the trek from South Austin because I know I’ll be taken care of.
