"Best ever" I had my first car in 1954. I have a lot of experience in repairing my own cars and having them repaired at shops all over the USA. I have used Rational since 1994. Paul runs the best operation I have ever used. I can always trust the correct diagnosis, the quality of the work, the speed of service, the price, and that personal touch that means so much. If you ever use Rational, you will stop looking for a different auto shop.

"Brake Job" Paul has been taking care of this car for years and has kept it running perfectly. 6 months ago, he let me know it would be needing a brake job. He sent a postcard reminding me, and then a text message. I was able to drop it off one afternoon and pick it up at lunch the following. I love that fact I can trust Paul to do what is right when it is right. As a woman, I have not always felt like I was treated well by other mechanics. We have been using Rational Auto Repair for 25 years and will continue to choose them over all others.
